Ambrosia Bakery is a family-owned, full service bakery operating in Hot Springs, Arkansas since 1975 which strives to achievethe highest standards in freshness, taste and aesthetic appeal.  Now in its fourth location, Ambrosia specializes in home made cookies, pastries, breads, pies, cupcakes, specialty cakes for all occasions, and much, much more!

Since 1996, owners Millie Baron and Mick Stoyanov have been baking up an ever-expanding array of delicious treats to suit any palate and any occasion.  Alongside the classic Italian Cream Cake, Coconut Macaroons, and Pumpkin Rolls that Ambrosia has always been known for, Millie and Mick have incorporated many of their own cherished family recipes and successfully turned them into local favorites like the Braided Egg Bread, Apricot Rugalah, and bagels boiled and baked fresh each morning.

  Open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm on Saturdays, feel free to stop in anytime for a breakfast of handmade bagels, pastries, or sausage pinwheels, to grab that perfect after dinner treat to serve for that last minute dinner party, to pick up a loaf of our specialty braided egg bread right out of the oven, or just to satisfy your sweet tooth with one of our many custom flavored cupcakes.
